We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $99.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, severe weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur and are outside our control once a parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link via Aus-Post.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at Rashuk512@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with Australia Post to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
